Job summary

WesTrac is seeking a customer-focused Parts Representative for our Wagga Wagga Branch on a full-time basis. You will be the vital link between customers and Cat parts, coordinating enquiries, processing orders, and providing product advice to ensure customers receive the right parts when they need them.

This role suits someone with strong customer service skills and an interest in heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural, or industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, parts interpreting, parts sales or administrative coordination.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate computer literacy including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in heavy equipment is highly regarded.
• Experience with Caterpillar or similar equipment advantageous but not essential.
• Current Driver's Licence is essential.

• Assist with inventory management, stocktakes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support branch operations through general administrative and parts coordination activities.
