Whitsunday Auto Group is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the Parts Department in Bowen. Take ownership of performance, drive service and retail parts sales, and oversee inventory in a busy dealership environment.

You will mentor apprentices and interpreters, build strong relationships with service staff and suppliers, and ensure parts availability to support workshop productivity. This role offers leadership autonomy and a coastal lifestyle.

Qualificações

• Must have proven experience in automotive parts management or parts interpretation within a dealership.
• Strong leadership capabilities with ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Excellent inventory control and stock management experience.
• Solid mechanical understanding across multiple makes and models.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in Automotive Parts Management or Parts Interpretation within a dealership
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members
• Excellent inventory and stock control experience
• Solid mechanical understanding across multiple makes and models
• A customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement
• Current Driver's Licence and Australian working rights
• Mazda or OEM dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential.
