Job summary

Powerhouse Recruitment is seeking an experienced automotive Parts Manager to lead a busy Ballarat dealership parts department. You will drive sales, manage inventory and build strong relationships with customers and partners to maximise profitability.

Youll lead, coach and develop the parts team, grow retail, workshop and wholesale parts sales, and partner with service and sales to exploit opportunities while maintaining efficient processes and high service standards.

• Previous experience in automotive parts management or a senior parts role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A proven ability to drive sales and improve profitability.
• Excellent inventory and stock control knowledge.

THE OPPORTUNITY
