Job summary

Peter Stevens Frankston is seeking an energetic Parts & Accessories Manager to lead one of the most important areas of our business. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will own the Parts, Accessories and Merchandise department, ensuring strong sales performance, inventory control, customer satisfaction and team development.

You will create a retail environment that encourages repeat visits while growing accessory, apparel and parts sales across the dealership.

As our newly rebranded Peter Stevens Frankston dealership continues to grow, we are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Parts & Accessories Manager to lead one of the most important areas of our business.

The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you will take ownership of our Parts, Accessories and Merchandise department, ensuring strong sales performance, inventory control, customer satisfaction and team development.

You will be responsible for creating a retail environment that encourages customers to return, while identifying opportunities to grow accessory, apparel and parts sales across the dealership.

This role works across a 5-day roster, including Saturdays, with a weekday rostered day off.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing Parts & Accessories team
• Driving sales growth across parts, accessories and merchandise
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
• Managing departmental performance, budgets and KPIs
• Overseeing inventory management, stock control and stock-turn performance
• Building strong supplier relationships and managing ordering processes
• Collaborating with Sales and Service departments to support dealership success
• Ensuring showroom presentation, merchandising and promotional displays remain first-class
• Identifying new opportunities for increased revenue and customer engagement
• Creating a positive, accountable and customer-centric team culture

What We Are Looking For:

You may come from automotive, motorcycle, 4WD, marine, trade retail, agricultural equipment or another fast-paced retail environment. Most importantly, you know how to lead people, grow sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Proven leadership experience within a customer-facing retail environment
• A strong track record of growing sales and achieving commercial targets
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing stock, inventory or purchasing functions
• The ability to coach, motivate and develop team members
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the front
• Confidence using business systems and performance reporting
• A passion for delivering results and supporting business growth
• Motorcycle industry experience is advantageous, but not essential.
