Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. seeks a Parts Interpreter to assist customers, technicians and colleagues with the right parts solutions. You’ll source, process and dispatch parts accurately, supporting retail, wholesale and internal customers.

Ideal candidates will have a strong customer-service mindset, excellent communication and the ability to interpret parts catalogues. A manual driving licence is required, forklift experience is a plus, and weekend roster availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter (commercial vehicle experience highly regarded).
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret parts catalogues and manuals.
• Experience sourcing parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
• Reliable, organised and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert parts advice and solutions.
• Manage retail, wholesale and internal sales enquiries.
• Follow up customer back orders and coordinate dispatch.
• Pick parts for counter sales and workshop needs.
• Update CRM with customer information.
• Source parts from manufacturers and suppliers.
• Process parts orders and quotations accurately.
• Maintain documentation and records.
