Job summary

Truckline, part of the Bapcor Commercial Vehicle Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Parts Interpreter for the Caboolture branch. You will help customers identify and source the right parts to keep their heavy vehicles on the road, while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You will build strong relationships with trade, fleet and workshop customers, process orders accurately and support stock availability, working closely with warehouse and branch teams to meet sales

Qualifications

• Experience in parts interpretation or automotive aftermarket is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and sales capabilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements.
• Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers.
