Job summary

Truckline in Queensland is seeking a Parts Interpreter to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering expert advice on parts and solutions to keep fleets and vehicles on the road.

You will interpret parts requirements, service trade and fleet customers, and process orders while building strong relationships with suppliers, workshop teams and branches. A strong customer service mindset and automotive knowledge are essential, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting parts and matching to vehicle requirements.
• Industry knowledge in automotive/truck sectors.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and identify customer parts requirements
• Provide outstanding service to trade, workshop and fleet customers
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Liaise with suppliers, warehouse and branch teams
• Assist with stock enquiries and inventory availability
• Contribute to branch sales and customer service targets
• Ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction
