Job summary

Linde Material Handling is seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator in Brisbane to deliver outstanding customer service by phone and email while efficiently handling spare parts enquiries, quotations and orders. You will also pick and dispatch parts daily and maintain accurate stock levels in a busy service environment.

Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, processing purchase orders and supplier invoices, and ensuring inventory accuracy and timely fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in parts interpretation within the industry or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of warehousing and stock control fundamentals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle spare parts enquiries for over the counter and internal customers via email and phone.
• Prepare quotations for parts supply and availability.
• Process spare parts orders for internal and external customers.
• Pick and dispatch spare parts daily.
• Maintain housekeeping of storage areas and stock levels.
• Liaise with suppliers, raise purchase orders, receipt goods and process invoices.
