Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in transport dispatch required.
• Secondary School Certificate; Logistics diploma preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver paperwork with schedule and loads.
• Liaise with customer service, scheduler and account managers to support enquiries and deliveries.
• Prepare picklists and validate shipments; maintain site stock accuracy.
• Report hazards, injuries, and accidents; escalate non-compliances to policy.
• Facilitate distribution execution and perform admin data entry for distributions.
• Monitor driver scanner usage and identify areas for improvement.
