Linde Material Handling in Brisbane, Australia, seeks an experienced Parts Coordinator to deliver excellent service to internal and external customers by email and phone, and to manage daily spare parts picking and dispatch.

You will maintain stock levels, prepare quotations, process orders, liaise with suppliers, raise purchase orders and invoices, and keep storage areas tidy.

This full-time role offers a supportive team and development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years' experience in parts interpretation within the industry.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of warehousing and stock control.
• Experience using ERP software to track parts stock levels.
• The ability to identify potential selling opportunities.
• A certificate in warehousing, parts interpretation or similar is desired.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Handle spare parts enquiries via email and phone.
• Prepare quotations for parts supply and availability.
• Process spare parts orders for internal and external customers.
• Pick and dispatch spare parts daily.
• Maintain housekeeping of storage areas.
• Liaise with local and internal parts suppliers, raise purchase orders, receipt goods and process supplier invoices in a timely manner.
• Ensure adequate stock levels and general inventory control on consumables.

We are looking for an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team and provide an outstanding level of customer service to both internal and external customers both via emails and the phone contact centre. You will also be responsible for picking and dispatching of spare parts on a daily basis and ensuring adequate stock levels.

Tasks and Qualifications:

• Prepare quotations for parts supply and availability
• Processing of spare parts orders for internal and external customers
• Picking and dispatching of spare parts daily
• Housekeeping of storage areas
• Liaise with local and internal parts suppliers, raise purchase orders, receipt goods and process supplier invoices in a timely manner
• Ensure adequate stock levels and general inventory control is maintained on consumables

Requirements for success:
