WesTrac, located in Wagga Wagga, is seeking a customer-focused Parts Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be the vital link between customers and Cat parts, coordinating enquiries, processing orders, and delivering the right parts when needed.

You will work closely with customers, technicians and internal stakeholders, bringing strong customer service, attention to detail and an interest in heavy equipment, automotive, agricultural, or industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or parts sales.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements to identify correct parts.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by handling parts enquiries, quotations and sales transactions.
• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and in person.
• Interpret customer needs to identify the correct parts and solutions.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while upholding service standards.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with service, warehouse and sales teams to ensure seamless parts supply and delivery.
• Assist with inventory management, stocktakes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support branch operations with admin and parts coordination tasks.
