Job summary

WesTrac Cat in Tweed Heads, NSW, is seeking a Parts Representative to join the team on a full-time basis. You will work 9.5-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, delivering exceptional service and parts solutions to customers.

You will support warehousing activities, assist with stock management, and liaise with customers to understand their needs. A forklift licence and C-class licence are preferred, with CAT product familiarity highly valued.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence and warehousing experience preferred.
• C-class driver's licence required.
• Interest in mechanical/industrial products desirable.
• Familiarity with CAT products is a plus.
• Proficient computer literacy (MS Office) and internet-based apps.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Operate the forklift for loading and unloading tasks.
• Be the first point of contact for inbound calls and parts orders.
• Interpret parts to meet customer needs.
• Engage with customers to address enquiries and post-purchase needs.
• Participate in regular stocktakes.
• Assist in general warehousing duties including picking, packing and dispatching parts.
