Job summary

Clintons Toyota, part of the 4K Automotive Group, is looking for a Trainee or Experienced Parts Advisor to join our friendly team in Sydney. This role offers full support and comprehensive training to help kick-start or grow your career in automotive parts.

You will identify, source, and supply the right parts for vehicles, using catalogues and databases, processing orders, and assisting with inventory management. A valid NSW driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or a genuine passion to learn about vehicle parts and accessories.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers to look up information and enter data.
• Valid NSW Drivers Licence

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their automotive parts needs. Provide recommendations and solutions based on their vehicle specifications and requirements.
• Utilise parts catalogues and databases to identify and locate the correct parts and accessories.
• Accurately process parts orders, including special orders and backorders. Ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, placing reorders, and keeping the parts area organised.
• Offer technical support and advice to customers and service technicians on parts and repair procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and inventory changes.

What You'll Do
