Job summary

High Conflict Divorce Centre is seeking a Head of Partnerships & Client Concierge (Remote) to lead a panel of partner law firms and our client introduction service. You will grow and nurture partnerships, run introduction meetings, and set high standards for client care, including safety in family-violence contexts.

You will manage a small team, collaborate with the Managing Director, and report outcomes while ensuring CRM accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team with commercial or partnership goals.
• Strong sales and account management skills with professional services firms, ideally in family law.
• A deep understanding of high-conflict separation and family violence, and how to support people safely.
• Lived or professional experience of high-conflict family law matters.
• Experience running a intake or client success function in your own practice or law firm.
• You may have current accreditation as a Family Dispute Resolution practitioner (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Grow and look after our partner firm panel, making sure every firm gets real value from working with us.
• Lead partner meetings and new partnerships with our Partnerships Manager and Managing Director.
• Run our client introduction service: preparing clients, attending introduction meetings with them and following up.
• Set the standard for how clients are cared for, including safe practice where family violence is present.
• Lead, coach and develop the partnerships and concierge team.
• Report on partner and client outcomes and keep our CRM accurate.
