Royal Far West is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to support strategic partnerships across Schools & Early Years programs. The role emphasizes coordinating activities, managing contracts, and maintaining CRM records to drive outcomes for country children.

You will work with schools, early childhood services, government agencies and funders, contributing to sustainable partnership outcomes in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership coordination, stakeholder engagement, account management or a similar role.
• Strong administrative, organisational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations and business documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and CRM databases.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Desirable: experience in not-for-profit, education, health or community services; familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint or similar systems.
