Telepartners in Brisbane is seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to build a partner network for doctor-led health optimisation platforms. You’ll prospect high-fit businesses, pitch commercial value, and sign agreements with owners and directors.

You’ll own end-to-end sales, manage a CRM-driven pipeline, and grow existing partnerships across gyms, recovery studios, IV therapy, and wellness centres. This is a commission-only contractor role with milestone bonuses and recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development in health/fitness/wellness.
• Proven hunter who opens doors cold and closes deals with confidence.
• CRM-literate with a data-driven approach to funnel management.
• Self-managing and target-oriented; you don’t need hand-holding to build a pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end partner sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing management.
• Target premium gyms, recovery studios, physio and sports med, IV therapy, performance and longevity spaces.
• Present the commercial case to owners/directors and secure signed agreements.
• Maintain and grow the partner portfolio across multiple sites and revenue streams.
• Run your pipeline in the CRM and report weekly on real numbers.
