Job summary

Northcott is seeking an experienced partnership development professional to identify, develop and progress funding opportunities across grants, trusts and foundations, PAFs and corporate partnerships. The role focuses on delivering Northcott’s partnership strategy with clear priorities and long-term growth in New South Wales.

You will build and manage a robust pipeline, develop compelling proposals and establish trusted relationships with funders and internal stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

  • At least five years’ experience in partnership development, grants or fundraising across not-for-profit, government or corporate sectors.

Job description

This is a chance to use your partnership development skills to help create greater opportunity for children with disability, people with disability and their families. You willidentify,developand progress funding opportunities across grants, trusts and foundations, private ancillaryfundsand corporate partnerships, helping to grow support that strengthens Northcott’s reach and impact.

About you

You will bring strong business development and relationship management experience, along with a proven ability toidentifyopportunities, develop compelling proposals and work collaboratively to secure support. You will also bring:

At least five years’ experience in partnership development, grants or fundraising across the not-for-profit,governmentor corporate sectors.

A track recordof securing revenue from a range of funding sources, including grants,trustsand foundations, PAFs and corporate partnerships.

Strong written communication skills and the ability to develop clear, persuasive proposals and presentations.

The ability to build trusted relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in the disability, health or community services sector would be highly regarded.
