- Disability Industry experience required.
- Experience with mental health support.
- Experience with behaviour support plans and approaches.
- Ability to support people with varying physical, cognitive, or behavioural needs with respect.
- Calm, quick-thinking, and confident support in challenging situations.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and passion for helping others.
