Job summary

Pax8 is seeking a Project Manager - Partner Experience to drive strategic initiatives across Australia and APAC. You’ll lead programmes that enable partner education, enablement and growth, working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

You’ll shape learning experiences, governance, and delivery discipline while scaling programmes globally and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Content and Partner Experience teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading programmes from initiation to completion.
• Strong governance, planning and delivery expertise.
• Proven ability to develop business cases, project frameworks and success measures.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience across multiple teams and competing priorities.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies and complex deliverables.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Experience in technology/SaaS/distribution/enablement or partner-focused environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficient with project and collaboration platforms (PM tools).

Responsibilities

• Lead programmes from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment and timely outcomes.
• Build and maintain programme roadmaps aligned to priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Facilitate planning workshops, steering committees and reviews.
• Track milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks and delivery performance.
• Support large-scale learning, enablement and educational initiatives.
• Drive operational improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Content and Partner Experience teams on growth.
• Support change management for adoption and engagement.
• Create executive reporting, insights and recommendations.
• Maintain project documentation, decisions, actions and outcomes.
