Job summary

Pax8 is looking for a Project Manager – Partner Experience to shape education, enablement and partner experiences across Australia and the APAC region. You will drive structured programmes, align teams, and deliver measurable outcomes that boost partner success.

Responsibilities include leading initiatives from concept to delivery, managing risks, and creating executive reporting. The role supports growth initiatives with Marketing, Sales and Content teams in a flexible hybrid setup across

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading projects and programmes from initiation to completion.
Strong project governance, planning and delivery expertise.
Proven ability to develop business cases, project frameworks and success measures.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead programmes from concept through delivery with clear timelines and milestones.
Establish governance structures, reporting and stakeholder communications.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.
Facilitate planning workshops and programme reviews; manage risks and dependencies.
