Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading projects and programmes in complex environments.
• Strong governance, planning and delivery expertise.
• Experience developing business cases, project frameworks and success measures.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience across multiple teams and competing priorities.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies and complex deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfort presenting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, enablement or partner-focused environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proficiency with project and collaboration platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead programmes from concept through delivery, ensuring teams stay aligned.
• Build and maintain programme roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
• Facilitate planning workshops, steering committees and programme reviews.
• Track milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks and delivery performance.
• Support large-scale learning, enablement and educational initiatives.
• Drive operational improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Content and Partner Experience teams on growth initiatives.
• Support change management activities that encourage adoption and engagement.
• Create clear executive reporting, insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, decisions, actions and outcomes.
