Pax8 Australia is seeking a Project Manager – Partner Experience to shape partner education, enablement and engagement across Australia and APAC. This role goes beyond traditional PM work, driving structured programs that boost partner success and scalable learning.

You will lead initiatives from concept to delivery, build roadmaps, govern frameworks, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Content and Partner Experience to deliver measurable outcomes.

• Proven ability to develop business cases, project frameworks and success measures.

Responsibilities

• Lead programmes from concept through delivery across Partner Experience.
• Build and maintain programme roadmaps aligned to priorities.
• Establish governance, reporting structures and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Facilitate planning workshops, steering committees and reviews.
• Track milestones, dependencies, budgets and risks.
• Support large-scale learning, enablement and educational initiatives.
• Drive operational improvements for scalability.
• Create executive insights and recommendations.
