Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for multiple Participant Support Officer opportunities. This rewarding role will support participants through key stages of their journey, delivering quality customer service and helping to achieve positive outcomes.

This is a full-time, office-based labour hire contract across Australia. You will manage a diverse workload, resolve enquiries, and support participants, providers and stakeholders through established processes and pathways.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in high-volume customer service.
• Calm, professional and solution-focused in sensitive cases.
• Strong organisational skills and data attention.
• Experience interpreting policies or legislative guidance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage participant-related enquiries and provide accurate information and support.
• Conduct reviews of participant information and maintain records across systems.
• Make outbound calls to participants, providers and stakeholders.
• Assess and action participant requests in line with policies and guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to service delivery outcomes.
• Assist with process improvements, reporting and project-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement.
