Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for multiple Participant Support Officer opportunities. This rewarding role supports participants through key stages of their journey, delivering quality customer service and helping to achieve positive outcomes in a busy environment.

Working across Australia, you will handle administrative and operational tasks, manage enquiries, review information in multiple systems, and escalate complex issues as required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Strong customer service experience in high-volume environments.
• Ability to stay calm and solution-focused in sensitive situations.
• Excellent organisation, prioritisation and data handling abilities.
• Experience interpreting policies, procedures or legislative frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage participant-related enquiries and provide accurate information and support.
• Conduct reviews of participant information and maintain records across multiple systems.
• Make outbound calls to participants, providers and stakeholders to gather information and progress matters.
• Assess and action participant requests in line with legislation, policies and operational guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to team service delivery outcomes.
• Assist with process improvements, reporting activities and project-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support continuous improvement.
