Job summary

Based in a collaborative environment, you will engage with participants, providers and stakeholders across Australia in a full-time, office-based contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage participant enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Review participant information and maintain records across systems.
• Make outbound calls to gather information and progress matters.
• Assess and action participant requests per policies.
• Escalate complex issues and support service delivery outcomes.
• Assist with process improvements and reporting.
• Collaborate with team to share knowledge and drive improvement.
