Job summary

Chandler Macleod is recruiting on behalf of our client for multiple Participant Support Officer roles. This full-time, office-based position focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and guiding participants through key stages of their journey.

You'll handle enquiries, review information, and coordinate with providers and stakeholders across Australia, using multiple systems to ensure accurate and timely actions, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage participant enquiries and provide accurate information and support.
• Review participant information and maintain records across multiple systems.
• Make outbound calls to participants, providers and stakeholders to gather information and progress matters.
• Assess and action participant requests in line with legislation, policies and operational guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues where required and contribute to achieving team service delivery outcomes.
• Assist with process improvements, reporting activities and project-related initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge, provide feedback and support continuous improvement.
