Job summary

Bupa ANZ is seeking a part-time Receptionist-Concierge for our Visa Medical Assessment Centre in Parramatta. You will be the first point of contact, guiding customers through the visa medical process and handling payments, documentation and data entry in a busy centre.

Ideal candidates show outstanding customer service, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication across diverse backgrounds. Rotating shifts and AI-assisted interview may be part of the process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer focus and a professional, service-orientated and helpful approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate and consistent outcomes in a busy, repetitive environment.
• Well-developed communication skills with diverse customers and staff; adapt style to convey information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct identity and security checks and elevate risks as needed.
• Process payments via EFTPOS.
• Verify customer documentation and process forms to requirements.
• Explain which examinations are required and guide customers through the process.
• Enter data into customer management systems and databases.
• Explain steps of the visa medical examination to customers so they understand key elements.
