Job summary

U&U Recruitment Partners on the Gold Coast is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a part-time temporary role with growth potential. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles, advertise vacancies, screen candidates by phone, source via LinkedIn, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

This flexible role supports school hours or three days per week, with an entrepreneurial team and an opportunity to extend or become ongoing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience and be comfortable managing the process independently from advertising through to onboarding.
• Agile, organised and reliable with strong time management and a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Confident working with systems and technology, and curious about AI and process improvement.
• Strong sense of initiative to identify what needs to be done and act promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles.
• Advertise vacancies and manage candidate applications.
• Conduct telephone screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Source candidates directly through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Organise and participate in interviews with hiring managers.
• Coordinate background, reference and compliance checks.
• Support successful candidates through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to keep recruitment moving.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment systems and ways of working.
