Humero Recruitment Partners is partnering with an established Sunshine Coast organisation to appoint a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist on a permanent, part-time basis. The role offers school-friendly hours or three days per week, with autonomy to manage recruitment and contribute to broader people initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' recruitment experience.
• Ability to source passive candidates via phone-first outreach.
• Experience with SEEK Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from briefing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via SEEK, LinkedIn, referrals.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
• Develop job adverts and standard recruitment processes.
• Coordinate contracts, inductions, onboarding.
• Support employee engagement and performance processes.
• Maintain HR documentation and recruitment reporting.
• Identify improvements to recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
