Job summary

Riverside is seeking a part-time Support Worker at Eden Rural Foyer, Penrith. You will provide practical and emotional support to customers, connect them with employability coaches and other services, and help them navigate money, benefits and housing options.

• Experience delivering structured support and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers, connecting them with employability coaches and other services.
• Help manage money, sign up for benefits, or move to a more permanent home.
• Keep records and perform admin tasks for clients.
• Be resilient, empathetic and able to leave work at work.
