Riverside in Arlington, Camden is seeking a Support Assistant to help run one of our supported housing services. You will contribute to the safety and wellbeing of residents, work in a rota-based pattern, and support customers in everyday tasks, including liaising with GP, Social Services, and benefits teams.

You will log incidents, maintain records, and prepare rooms for new occupants. The role requires experience in customer-facing work, understanding of vulnerable people, and basic admin/IT

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working with people in a customer facing environment.
• Understanding of supporting vulnerable people including lived experience of homelessness or drug/alcohol addiction.
• Basic administrative and IT skills and attention to detail are required to maintain records and in-house systems.

Aufgaben

• Ensure safety and wellbeing of customers in housing service.
• Log incidents accurately to maintain records.
• Support customers in communications with GP, Social Services, or benefits teams.
• Respond to emergencies with Police or Ambulance when needed.
• Prepare and clean rooms for new occupants after residents leave.
