Gough Recruitment – Sydney North Shore NSW is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join a well-established strata management business on Sydney's Lower North Shore. You will manage an established portfolio with the help of your dedicated Strata Assistant, handling 65 buildings across ~680 lots and coordinating AGMs, budgets and compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Strata Management is essential.
• Holder of a current Strata Licence (or Class 2 Licence).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 65 buildings (~680 lots) with the support of a dedicated Strata Assistant.
• Coordinate AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings and oversee maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting and levy matters; ensure compliance with strata legislation.
• Collaborate with the assistant to ensure smooth portfolio operations.
