Job summary

National Wireless Pty Ltd – Beresfield NSW is seeking a versatile Stores & Service Administrator for a part-time, school-hours role. The position coordinates service tasks, maintains inventory, and handles customer enquiries to support workshop operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling, order processing, stock control, quotes, and liaising with customers, with ERP/stock systems experience valued and English literacy required.

Qualifications

• Experience in service business administration, office administration, or customer-facing roles.
• Prior exposure to stores, dispatch, or inventory control processes is highly regarded.
• Fluent English literacy with basic numeric/administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Service Coordination & Scheduling: triage customer requirements to schedule daily workshop tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records within an ERP/stock management system.
• Stores & Inventory Support: manage inward/outward goods and customer equipment dispatch.
• Customer Liaison & Reception: address service enquiries via phone and email, provide quotes and updates.
• Sales processing: process daily customer orders, pick stock, and dispatch to customers.
• Compliance & Inductions: track site inductions for the technical team to ensure currency.
• Reporting: review weekly backlog and report progress to management.
