Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; multitasking ability.
• Clear communication, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous customer service to retail clients.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer orders and handle payments securely.
