Job summary

The Arnott's Group is looking for a dedicated Sales Support Representative to join our Western Sydney team. Based in Parramatta, this permanent part-time role supports stores with merchandising, stock control, and selling tasks consistent with trade standards.

Ideal candidates will have retail or FMCG experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage relationships with store staff. Availability for at least 3 days per week and a valid driver's licence are required.

Qualifications

• Preferably experience in a merchandising/sales role in grocery or FMCG.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach with good communication.
• Ability to maintain displays and handle stock/ticketing at store level.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with trade standards.
• Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities where possible.
• Ensure adequate stock on displays and correct ticketing and POS.
• Manage customer relationships through store personnel communication.
• Adhere to scheduled Call Plan and complete tasks via i-CAP and Territory Manager.
• Assist Territory Manager in achieving objectives through selling and POS retention.
• Strictly follow OH&S guidelines.
