The Arnott's Group is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team in the Turramurra/St. Ives area. This permanent part-time role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week and availability for at least 2 days.

You will build visual displays, maintain stock levels, and assist with selling activities alongside store staff. Ideal candidates will have merchandising or sales experience in grocery or FMCG sectors, a basic selling skill set, and a drive for results.

Formación

• Higher school certificate preferred.
• Experience in merchandising/sales in grocery or FMCG recommended.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and selling aptitude.
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with trade standards.
• Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities where possible.
• Ensure stock is available on displays and correct ticketing and POS is in place.
• Manage customer relationships through effective communication with store personnel.
• Adhere to scheduled Call Plan and complete in-store tasks.
• Assist Territory Manager in achieving business objectives through selling and POS management.
• Follow OH&S guidelines.
