Job summary

The Arnott's Group in Sydney's Inner West is seeking a Sales Support Representative for a permanent part-time role based in the Sydney area, servicing stores such as Top Ryde and Lane Cove. The position requires availability of at least 2 days per week (Wednesday and Thursday) and a valid driver’s licence with access to a roadworthy vehicle.

Qualifications

• At store level, establish visual presence through building and maintaining displays and stock cover.
• Basic selling tasks such as selling in, confirming, or upgrading Arnott’s promotional activity.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising duties at store level in line with trade standards.
• Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities.
• Ensure adequate stock is available on displays and correct ticketing and POS in place.
• Manage relationships with store personnel.
• Adherence to scheduled Call Plan and complete in-store tasks via i-CAP and Territory Manager.
• Assist the Territory Manager in achieving business objectives and targets through selling and retention of POS; resolve non-compliance issues.
• Strict adherence to OH&S guidelines.
