Job summary

The Arnott’s Group in Sydney’s Liverpool area seeks a dedicated Sales Support Representative to join our team on permanent part-time hours. You will establish at-store visual displays, manage stock, and assist with promotions to support our brands.

You will work closely with store staff and the Territory Manager to drive sales and maintain accurate ticketing and POS. This role is ideal for someone with merchandising or sales experience in FMCG who is looking for a stable, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 days per week availability for permanent part-time work.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a roadworthy vehicle.
• Experience in merchandising or sales in grocery/FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform merchandising duties at store level to trade standards.
• Maximise sales by seeking incremental opportunities.
• Ensure stock is available on displays and correct ticketing/POS is in place.
• Manage customer relationships through store personnel communication.
• Adhere to Call Plan and complete in-store tasks via i-CAP and Territory Manager.
• Support Territory Manager in achieving business objectives and retain POS.
• Strict adherence to OH&S guidelines.
