Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking a friendly, organised Site Administrator to join the Casino manufacturing site on a part-time basis. You will support front-of-house, visitor management, the retail shop and general site operations to keep daily activities running smoothly.

You will be the first point of contact for team members and visitors, handling reception, mail, stock, events and admin tasks with professionalism in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in administration, reception or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception, visitor access and registrations, including incoming calls and general administration.
• Handle mail, packages, couriers and site sample processes.
• Oversee site retail shop operations, inventory, customer service and event coordination.
• Provide general administrative support across the site as needed.
