• Previous experience in administration, reception, customer service or a similar role
• Experience supporting an office or workplace environment
• Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use multiple software applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy

Responsibilities

• Reception, Visitor & Site Support: Welcome visitors, manage access, registrations, calls, and general admin to keep the site orderly
• Mail & Logistics Administration: Manage mail, parcels, couriers and the site sample process
• Retail Shop & Events: Run day-to-day shop operations, customer service, stock control and coordinate site events
• General Administration: Support across the site as needed
