Barwon Health is seeking a dedicated Coordinator to support the Barwon Health Senior Medical Staff Group (SMSG) in a permanent part-time role. You will coordinate meetings, manage correspondence, membership records and reporting, and assist with research competitions, events and charitable fund applications.

The position requires strong organisation, confidentiality, and the ability to build relationships with senior medical staff and stakeholders.

Competenze

• Substantial experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the health sector.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Qualification: Certificate III or higher in office administration.

Mansioni

• Coordinate SMSG meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence and annual reporting, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain senior medical staff and membership records, manage payments and communications, and coordinate SMSG events and projects.
• Provide administrative support to SMSG initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with policies.
