Job summary

Lifeline Queensland, part of UnitingCare, is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in Proserpine. You will manage staff and volunteers, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive store performance in a community-focused charity retail setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in retail management (or hospitality management with retail background).
• Ability to deliver high level of customer service and exceed expectations.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop staff daily to align with business objectives.
• Oversee pricing, merchandising, and promotional activities to maintain profitability.
