Job summary

Premier Motor Service in Nowra is seeking friendly reservation clerks to join our team. Based at South Nowra, these roles are part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week, on a rotating roster across early mornings and evenings.

You will handle bookings, enquiries and feedback; perform data entry; respond to emails; and assist with everyday office duties. We value strong communication, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in admin and customer service.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Sound computer and telephone skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the local area (South Nowra) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls for express service, including bookings and enquiries.
• Data entry in our booking system.
• Responding to email enquiries.
• Liaising with passengers regarding delays or changes.
• Answering Nowra Coaches calls and providing local route information.
• Banking preparation.
• General office duties as directed by management.
• Available to work varied days and hours.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
