Job summary

Uniting Nambucca Heads is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred aged care for residents across a four-storey home. The role is permanent part-time (20 hours per week) on a rotating roster, including weekdays and weekends with morning, afternoon and night shifts.

You will lead care planning, provide clinical services, and collaborate with families and health professionals to ensure each resident’s goals and wellbeing are met.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead care plan development, delivery and evaluation to meet resident needs.
• Provide clinical services and lead clinical decision-making.
• Build rapport with residents and families to advocate for quality of life.
• Liaise with medical/allied health staff and supervise Personal Care Workers.
• Practice holistically and support the team in delivering consistent care.
