Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a registered nurse to lead aged care services in Bateau Bay on a permanent part-time basis. The role focuses on developing, delivering and evaluating care plans tailored to each resident, while coordinating with medical teams and families to support quality of life.

You’ll supervise Personal Care Workers and exercise holistic clinical leadership. Applicants should hold a nursing degree with current AHPRA registration, with experience in aged or community care

Qualifications

• Registered nursing degree with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in aged or community care preferred.
• Adaptable, empathetic and able to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate resident care plans to meet individual needs.
• Lead in providing clinical services with sharp assessment skills.
• Liaise with medical/allied health professionals and residents’ families to advocate for quality of life.
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers and lead the team.
• Practice holistically with informed, decisive leadership.
