Uniting AgeWell is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join Strath-Haven Bendigo in a permanent part-time role. You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses, and support the team to deliver compassionate care to residents.

This position offers a stable roster (Thursday to Saturday, 7:00–15:00) within a values-based, not-for-profit organisation that supports staff through training and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program.

Competenze

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Div 2).
• Experience as an EEN in residential aged care/home care (preferred).

Mansioni

• Deliver high quality, person centered care to residents and families.
• Provide nursing care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support, restorative care and pain management.
• Support nursing staff regarding assessment, care planning, documentation and evaluation of care outcomes.
• Analyse risk, implement strategies and participate in clinical handover with Registered Nurses.
• Promote a harmonious team by coordinating daily routines and safe medication practices.
