Job summary

Respect Riverside Gardens in Nambucca Heads, NSW is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to deliver safe, person-centred care to older Australians. You will work under the Care Manager and collaborate with families, GPs, and health professionals to support residents' health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include care planning, medication management, accurate documentation, and supervising junior staff. AHPRA registration and a current police check are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• National Police Check or willingness to obtain.
• Knowledge of aged care standards and residential aged care requirements.
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident admissions, assessments and care planning.
• Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Administer medications and oversee medication management processes.
• Provide direct clinical care and respond to health changes.
• Mentor Enrolled Nurses and Care Assistants.
