Uniting NSW & ACT’s Nambucca Heads aged care facility is seeking a caring Care Worker. You will support residents with daily living, mobility and personal care, while promoting independence and wellbeing within a safe environment.

The role operates on a rotating roster across mornings, afternoons and nights, with permanent part-time hours. Applicants living nearby and committed to compassionate care are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent.
• Experience in aged care or community care is desirable, or willingness to obtain a qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Assist with medication and wound care.
• Support residents in social and recreational activities.
