Job summary

IPN Medical Centres is seeking a part-time Clinical Governance Policy Specialist to support the development, review and implementation of clinical policies, procedures and educational resources across our national network. You will work with clinical and operational leaders to design governance frameworks that uphold patient safety and a culture of quality and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience developing, reviewing and maintaining clinical policies, procedures and resources.
• Understanding of clinical governance frameworks, accreditation standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical leadership and operations to develop practical resources.
• Research, draft and update clinical policies, procedures and resources.
• Maintain document control systems and policy review schedules.
• Support internal auditing activities and accreditation readiness across medical centres.
• Assist in development of nursing training materials and clinical learning content.
• Support implementation of clinical governance updates.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor regulatory and legislative changes impacting clinical practice.
