Job summary

Oxford Industries T/as Seachange Property in Mornington, VIC, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential rental portfolio end-to-end, including condition reports, lease renewals and rent reviews. You will manage maintenance, liaise with landlords and tenants, and conduct appraisals to secure new managements.

A proven track record, strong communication and the ability to handle 100+ properties are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Property Management experience (essential)
• Ability to independently manage a portfolio of 100+ properties
• Experience conducting in-person rental appraisals and signing new managements
• Proven ability to source and secure new rental business
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Business Development (BDM) experience is highly regarded but not essential
